Export Transaction Detail from Restaurant365 — the export carrying GLAccountNumber, Debit, Credit and TransactionId. The Transaction header export has no amounts and will be rejected. The newest upload wins.
Why this exists. The dashboard reads a stored snapshot rather than querying Restaurant365 on every page load. When the OData credential is locked or throttled, this is how data gets in — and it produces identical numbers, because both paths feed the same aggregation code.
Size limit. Uploads go through a serverless function capped near 4 MB. For a larger pull, export a shorter range or drop the file into theledger/ prefix from the Vercel dashboard and hit /api/refresh.
